Do all of the rooms have kitchens?
No, Cottages 1-7 have full kitchens with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. They are fully equipped with cast iron pans, pots, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, coffee mugs & glasses. Also, there is a coffee maker in each room. Rooms 8-11 have kitchenettes. These include a toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, glasses, silverware, plates, bowls, tea kettle, coffee make & mugs. There are coffee & tea packets in each room.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we love seeing little furries around the property. We charge a $25/day fee for pets. Please let us know in advance and we will place a dog basket with a towel, treats, bowls, feeding mat & a sheet to help protect the furniture.
How do I request extra towels, sleeping mat, pillows, etc.?
Please let us know before arrival so that we may have them added during the cleaning process. We are a contactless site; therefore, it is difficult to arrange extra items after 3:00 PM.
What are check-out & check-in times?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
How do I check-in & check-out?
We are a contactless check-in & check-out site. A personalized access code will be provided to gain entrance into your unit. Please have your updated mobile number or email address attached to your reservation. There are keys in the room for your convenience.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs based on availability. There is a $25 fee for either option and it must be approved by phone or email.
Do you have cable?
No, we have smart TVs in each room that allow you to sign into your favorite streaming services.
Do you have free internet?
Yes, we have WiFi throughout the property.
What are the hot tub hours?
The hot tub is open from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Are there BBQ grills?
Yes, we have a propane gas grill & a charcoal BBQ on site for use. These are available on a first come, first served basis. Also, there is a fire pit and benches if you wish to dine outside or roast marshmallows.
Are you located on the beach?
No, beach access is within a 10 minute walk or an 8 minute drive to the historic Glass Beach.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all of our rooms are smoke-free.
Are you family friendly?
Yes, Shoreline Cottages is a great place for families to come, enjoy the town, and relax around the fire pit at night to share stories.
Do you have roll away beds?
We have 4 inch thick sleeping mats that are single size. There are linens provided.
